Known as the rough diamonds of the table, truffles are among the rarest and most exotic ingredients in the kitchen and add an incomparable flavor to any dish.
A real connoisseur of truffles, Francesco will take you on a journey from how they are found and picked in the woodlands to how they are served in the most prestigious restaurants in the world, focusing on their varietals and the proper way of cooking and serving them.
Guests will savor a selection of Urbani thrills accompanied by a glass of Prosecco.
