Il Salotto di Casa Italiana di Vegas proudly announces guest speaker Gina Marinelli, Executive Chef at DOCG Enoteca.
Gina will share her journey of discovery in her grandparents’ homeland which kindled a passion for all things Italian and led to her Executive Chef position at DOCG Enoteca.
Be transported to Italy while sipping a glass of Prosecco and sampling Gina’s heirloom recipe polenta cookies.
