Il Salotto di Casa Italiana di Vegas proudly announces guest speaker Maurizio Di Cicco, master pizzaiolo at Settebello Pizzeria Las Vegas.

A true Neapolitan at heart, Maurizio will explain the differences between a New York Style Pizza and a Neapolitan one, its history and the best techniques to make the perfect dough.

Our pizzaiolo will also delight our guests with a family heirloom recipe.
